Return Process:

If you find yourself dissatisfied with our product for any reason, kindly contact our offices at (973) 987-2570 or email us at TheCaratDiamond@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our customer sales associates will guide you through the necessary steps for returning the purchased item(s). Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping and insurance fees.

Eligibility for Returns:

For returns to be accepted, items must be in their original purchased condition, unworn, and accompanied by all documentation and original tags. Custom items, including nameplates and picture pendants, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to their inability to be resold.

Custom Requests:

Custom requests can only be returned for store credit, as these items cannot be restocked after customization.

Refund Process:

If your order qualifies for a return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Ensure that the return reaches our office within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee:

Orders exceeding $3000 will incur a 20% restocking fee, as they are considered custom orders.

Upgraded Orders:

Items upgraded from previous orders are eligible for return within 15 days from the delivery date of the initial order.

Special and Custom Orders:

Special or custom orders are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

All orders are processed promptly and sent for shipment upon placement. As a result, we adhere strictly to the following cancellation policy:

– If you cancel your order BEFORE shipment, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied before issuing credit.

– If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy, treating the cancellation as a return with applicable fees.

– REFUSED DELIVERIES will incur all applicable fees, including restocking, cancellation, and other relevant charges.
